Mobile World Congress (MWC) is the world's largest gathering for the mobile industry, organised by the GSMA industry association. The 2015 MWC in Barcelona gathered over 93,000 mobile professionals from 200 countries, allowing the industry's most pressing issues to be addressed in the global spotlight. The use of data for emergency response is one such issue.
